Eligibility: New clients only. Must live or work within a 6-mile radius of our facility. Must be medically cleared and healthy enough for exercise. Participants must be available to workout at our facility a minimum 3 times per week for 6 weeks, during hours of operation. It is always advised that you consult with your physician prior to engaging in any exercise or nutrition program. Terms and Conditions: Results shown above are representative of people who joined, and worked their butts off for their results by staying consistent with the program. If you think that by simply saying "I'm in" and showing up means you will get results like this you are wrong! Hard work, adherence to the meal plan, regular communication with your coach and staying engaged are the only path to success. Subsidies are available IF you are accepted into the challenge.
