Training like a fighter has become a fitness phenomenon, providing  a high intensity workout that is more than just hype. It is definitely an effective workout (science says so), and you’d be surprised at how much fun it is to punch and kick stuff...without getting hit yourself!

Now, I'm not going to lie to you, I plan on using your success to market our fitness systems and as the Exercise Specialist for seen and heard on both CJAD News-Talk radio and Global television in Montreal, you have no doubt seen and heard about the amazing transformations that we produce time and again! I want you to succeed, because if you succeed, we both succeed...and THAT is called a WIN-WIN.

We have all the resources at your disposal to guarantee your success...YOU have to put in the work. The workouts in the T.U.F.F program are a total of 47 minutes long. They are short, fast-paced and fun and they'll have you looking better and feeling better in no time.

Eligibility: New clients only. Must live or work within a 6 mile radius of our facility. Must be medically cleared and healthy enough for exercise. This program is not intended to treat or prevent any type of disease. Participant must be available to workout at our facility at least 3 times per week for 6 weeks, during hours of operation. It is always advised that you consult with your physician prior to engaging in any exercise or nutrition program. By joining this program, participants are agreeing that they have consulted with their physician and that it is their physician's opinion that there are not indications why exercise and a sensible eating plan are not advised.


Terms and Conditions: Results shown above are not typical. They are solely representative of people who joined, and worked their butts off for their results.
